Parent Technology Help Desk

To support families who are working with their children during distance learning, Fairfax County Public Schools now has a Parent Technology Help Desk. The number 1-833-921-3277 (833)921-FCPS). It will be answered by staff 7am to 11pm, seven days a week. If the help desk is unable to solve the issue on the phone with the parent or guardian, they will enter a ticket on the parent's behalf and the request for help will be transferred to the appropriate FCPS team.

Report safety issues online or by text message using the Safety Tipline.  You may choose to identify yourself or remain anonymous.

No-Cost Meals for All FCPS Students through June 30, 2021

Grab and Go meal sites are open 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Meal Kits sites distribute each Wednesday from 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m., or until supplies are exhausted. Buses distributing meals are operating Monday through Friday. Breakfast and lunch will be available at no-cost Monday-Friday at all schools with in-person instruction. Specific information about meal distribution locations and bus distribution schedules are available.
