Fifth Grade Supply List

Families needing financial support to purchase school-related items should contact the school.

The Silverbrook PTO provides Student Assignment Books for all Grade 5 students.

Folders and Organizational Items

• Pencil Pouch (fabric)
• 5 marble composition books
• 2 packages of 3x3 Post Its (not pop-up style)
• Clipboard - 1 per student
• 1 dry erase whiteboard 9x12 inch
• 1 eraser for whiteboard
• 2 packs of 3x5 index cards
• 2 pocket folders, plastic preferred
• 1 package Wide Ruled Notebook paper
• 1 purple pocket folder with prongs, for Spanish class

Pencils, Pens, Erasers, etc.

• 3 pack of Ticonderoga #2 pencils (10 or 12 pack pre-sharpened)
• 1 pack of colored pencils 
• 2 black or blue pens
• 2 highlighters
• 3 pack of dry erase markers, prefer black or blue
• 1 pair of scissors
• 6 glue sticks
• 1 set of headphones, labeled with name (no blue tooth)
• 1 personal manual pencil sharpener 

Health Related Items

• 2 boxes of tissues per student
• 1 boxes/containers of disinfecting wipes (will be collected - does not need to fit in supply box)
• 1 box of Ziploc bags (Last Name A-M quart size) (Last Name N-Z gallon size)
